They identified the problem and fixed it, I am now looking at doing all of my periodic maintenance thru them. One recommendation is if they are going to have scheduling thru their website, they need to use it or delete it. After I had not heard back to verify the appointment, I finally called to schedule.

Usually excellent service. However this last time I requested to have them check out our air conditioning system but no mention if completed or not upon paying bill. Will continue to go here and still would recommend to friends.

The service writer fit me in on a busy Saturday for a buyer inspection. They identified two significant repairs and I had my car back Monday afternoon.

Service manager was very friendly and polite. I appreciate the free oil change as a welcome to the area. A couple of things that bothered me were that the inspection charge of my vehicle was waived. I've never been to a shop that charged. That's how you find more business for your shop right? Next, 50 dollars to replace front and rear license plate lights and 3 running light seems a bit high. Scheduled a brake job, quoted around 300 so hopefully no surprise's

The team does great work, are friendly, and my experience is that they always look out for their customers. The only reason I didn't rate as 5 stars is that I've had two occasions where I have specifically asked them to check something on my car when I brought it in (not the main reason for my visit) and both times they forgot and then didn't have time to go back that day and look. From a customer perspective, that's a little sloppy. I'd recommend they write that on the worksheet immediately when a customer mentioned something like that. Otherwise, all the work that has been completed has been stellar with zero problems and I go back to them every time.
